Ellis Paul is a critically-acclaimed singer/songwriter, poet, guitarist, pianist and troubadour originally hailing from a potato farming family in northern Maine and now living in Charlottesville, VA. Ellis was a principle leader in the wave of musicians that emerged from the Boston folk scene, creating a movement that revitalized the national acoustic circuit and helped ignite the folk revival of the 1990's with a literate, introspective, and intimate folk-pop style.
